1215 Ironwood - Barefoot Resort Rentals

No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes, Kayaks, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.

No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

Stunning custom three bedroom, two full bath first floor, end unit condominium located in the popular Ironwood community in Barefoot Resort. This astonishing summer vacation paradise or winter home away from home has been meticulously maintained and is beautifully decorated with the finest of furnishings in every room. This rare find is full of surprising features for guests to enjoy.

Dining for six inside or enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch overlooking the lush tropical landscape while welcoming the afternoon breezes rolling in from the oceanfront. There are four flat panel TV’s and two DVD players for more entertainment choices. The kids can bring their favorite video game and hook it up in the twin suite. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather in the spacious great room, impressively decorated with a posh leather sofa, matching love seat and oversized easy chair. When it is time to call it a night all bedrooms are dressed up in style and each perfectly furnished with outstanding accompaniments. Ironwood is so popular with our guests, with its private pool, basketball, volley ball and tennis courts only for Ironwood guests. On the back end of the community there are BBQ grills and a picnic table for outdoor dining and our complimentary shuttle to the beach or Barefoot Landing, just across the waterway, picks guests up at the community entrance. Our Grand Strand resort offers something for everyone, including championship golf, onsite restaurants, miles of wide walking and biking sidewalks and fantastic shopping and entertainment all just a few minutes from the resort entrance.

All-Star Weekend

We came down for labor day weekend for my daughter's All-Star Softball tournament. The property was within 20 minutes of both sports complex that she had to register and play. It was even easy to get to the beach and to other attractions. It was clean and kept up to date. The theme decorations were nice. The only negative i have was the hot water in the bathrooms. It got to hot and wasn't able to get it at comfortable temperature. It was difficult for my 10 year old and 4 year to shower/take a bath. I had to give my 8 month old a sponge bath. Other than that its a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Nice overall, definitely lots of glass, not suitable for children under 12. Needs more plastic cups and bowls. Comfortable beds, kitchen very suitable for cooking anything for all meals! Very nice area! Would love to stay again, we loved the 3 bedrooms so very roomy. Close to anything and everything you would want to do.

Basically this Property was amazing. We are already planing to come back 3 days after our stay.

My overall impression was I got more than what I paid for. Nice property, wonderful amenities, and nice people. Also this resort was close to many restaurants and attractions. I give this place an A+.

Nice Place 1215 Ironwood

My family really enjoyed this place. The community is beautiful. Our condo was spacious, the sheets were clean and so were the bathrooms. However the carpet had stains throughout the entire condo, living room floor was not vacuumed well or cleaned well. The screened in porch was nice but filthy so we didn't sit out there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay at this community again.

Barefoot was awesome. Will definitely stay again in the future

First time renting a condo so we didn't know what we were getting into. We were pleasantly surprised. It was extremely comfortable and roomy. Only slight negative was there was some wear and tear around and I was nervous about getting charged for existing stains on the carpet and loose knobs and curtain tracks. There wasn't any but we weren't sure how the units are monitored to make sure we don't get blamed for a previous or following tenant. Otherwise the condo was great and the area beautiful.

Quiet escape from the main strip of Myrtle Beach

This was my first time staying at this location and my family and I enjoyed it. It felt more like a home than a hotel room which is what we wanted most. The location near Barefoot Landing made shopping easy and convenient. The grounds were clean and pool staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay again in the future. Beautiful home away from home.

I enjoyed my stay at 1215 Ironwood. The home was modern and clean upon arrival. I only had a couple of issues after the stay was over, however it didn't interfere with my vacation. I'm sure maintenance took care of it after we left. The patio screen was off track, a small leak was under the kitchen sink and the master bath shower nozzle had to be replaced. Other than those small issues the condo was beautiful and well kept. I am planning on renting from them again. Thanks Pat and family for allowing my family to enjoy your home!

Very spacious and comfortable

Love the condo. It has enough space to fit a family in there. I was thrilled that I found this place and it was a hidden gem . If you are thinking about visiting, you need to check out Sticky Fingers... their hamburgers are delicious.
