Welcome to this lovely two bedroom second floor golf villa at one of our most popular communities in Barefoot Resort. This villa is filled with appeal and tasteful custom décor throughout. The front door opens into a lovely foyer and opposite is the convenient and fully stocked kitchen. Dining choices are many. Enjoy a great meal at the villa, dining on the screened lanai or venture down to the community BBQ grills and picnic tables and have a great family cookout!

The spacious living and dining areas seamlessly join so that everyone can share in the conversation or enjoy a great movie. Lounge on the comfortable sofa or stretch out and relax in the recliner. The entertainment center features a flat screen TV, DVD player and we have wireless Internet here so you can stay in touch with family and friends back home. Just off the great room is the screened lanai, nicely furnished with seating for six and you will be blown away by the views and the tranquil sounds from the flowing fountain.

Off the living room is the roomy master suite decorated with soothing colors and a comfortable king size bed. The master suite has a private bath, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and beautiful private outdoor views. The second bedroom, on the opposite end of this 1,100 square foot villa, has two twin beds, chest, ceiling fan and spacious closet. Off the foyer, you will find the fully equipped laundry room and another full bath.

Just steps from the front door is the community pool and BBQ area. Our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool on the waterway and our complimentary seasonal shuttle will take you there or to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance.
