"Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and had good amenities. The bathroom was roomy and had a separate bath and a shower. The a/c was really good on a hot day and the bed was comfortable.the breakfast was excellent with a wide range buffet options hot and cold and made to order food also included."

"Good and comfortable hotel. The hotel was really clean and the rooms and bed were very comfy. Good hot shower as well. The only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars was the breakfast: it was good, but simple. I spent 7 days and everyday was the same thing. They would only provide one type of juice (orange) and there wasn’t much opinion to be honest. That was my only bad experience in the hotel. Also, the hotel is far from the main attractions, even though there is bus right in front of the hotel, it is going to take around 30-40min to get to the main attractions. The neighborhood close is nice, tho (Canary Wharf is amazing). There’s also the DLR close, approximately 6min walk. The minibar in the room is also very expensive (01 can of Coke Zero is 4 pounds; with this amount, you can buy 8 cans in the supermarket close to the hotel)."

"Ótima Estadia. Quando nós chegamos nos deram um quarto sem ar condicionado e o ambiente estava um forno. Pois as janelas abrem só uma fresta. Mas prontamente fui atendida e nos trocaram de quarto. Este não tinha frigobar, que fez falta. Eu tomo uma medicação que precisa de refrigeração e eu precisava ir todas as noites solicitar a portaria meu remédio. Mas o café da manhã era otimo"
