Bunya - 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom House with Private Garden

Bunya is a newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom brick house set in a 5-acre property on a hillside surrounded by parkland and mature trees. Relax and unwind on the wrap around patio and soak up the sounds of nature in this peaceful and tranquil bush setting. The property is close to town, the golf course and Baroon Pocket Dam. Enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring locally sourced products before exploring the surrounding area. Let us be your home away from home!

The entrance leads you into the light filled large lounge with fireplace and French doors overlooking the patio and front garden. Next door is the dining room with sash windows and fireplace and adjacent to the full kitchen with all necessary appliances and ample storage and bench space.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own ensuite and bedroom 2 has a double bed with the family bathroom with separate toilet next to it.

The wrap around patio allows for two outdoor entertainment areas: the back for dining with access to the kitchen and the front for sitting, playing and relaxing with access to the garden.

Enough wood for the fireplace is provided for the cold winter nights during your stay, and there is a reverse-cycle air conditioner in the living area, and in the master bedroom 1.

Pets are allowed and we charge a pet fee. As we are semi-rural and part of a wildlife corridor, the greater property is not fenced, and all dogs are to remain on lead at all times when on the grounds. Bunya and its private garden are fenced.
