"CNZ house is well located. Unit B is spacious, well equipped, fresh, clean, warm and very comfortable. The large conservatory room is a bonus when the sun is out, with table and seating at one end, and as a drying room with excellent clothes airers at the other end. My husband enjoyed the super sized TV in the lounge area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, and all you need to cook with. A lot can be stored in the large fridge freezer. The laundry, just off the kitchen, has a butler pantry...

This had hot chocolate sachets and bottles of shower gel and shampoo/conditioner which were more useful (and less packaging) than the sachets provided here. Having the diffuser on the hairdryer was excellent for my curly hair. Decor was pretty and cosy."

"We spent a week at this flat while my daughter attended a holiday workshop nearby. The location in Merivale/St Albans was excellent, with good restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.Clark was a lovely host who kindly accommodated our changing needs."

House was as described, clean, warm (heat pump in main room that was enough for us although there were heater in each of the bedrooms as needed) and had a well equipped kitchen. Couple of minor maintenance issues reported so they can be fixed for future visitors but didn’t disturb our stay. "

"Reservei escolhendo pra pagar na propriedade, mas às 10am debitaram o pagamento do meu cartão, sem minha autorização! Eu ainda não havia chegado no local e o check-in só começaria às 15h!! Não aceitam pagamento em dinheiro, só cartão e, mesmo assim, adicionam taxa de uso de cartão de crédito. Só util pela proximidade com aeroporto e opções de alimentação por perto. A cama era extremamente dura e os travesseiros vazios. Ao invés de descansar você sai com o corpo moído. Deixamos a chave na caixinha da portaria 9:35am, pois não havia ninguém na recepção pro checkout. Outras pessoas também ficaram lá sem saber o que fazer na recepção... Espero que não haja mais problemas!"
