Check in was not good. Clerk was disorganized as computer down. Snapped at me as thought I cut the que. she was rude. Bathroom was falling apart. Stains on door to room. I will say beds were good.

It is clear the owners are working to improve the facilities but the area in general is scary and the nightclub that used to be in the bottom of the hotel has plywood in the windows, which only causes more concern to a single woman than the individuals loitering in the area did.

The staff was nice but the rooms were dirty, the sink was broken because the drain pipe wouldn’t stay connected and leaked all over, there was a very strong smell in the lobby as though they were trying to cover something, there were outlets that were broken and one wall that didn’t work until they flipped a breaker. When booking the pictures online made the property look a lot nicer than it actually was, the outdoor pool wasn’t open because it was spring, but not sure if I’d let my kids swim in it if it was open.. When we drove in the nearby motel had several people loitering outside and it made me feel unsafe. The first night several car alarms went off, gratefully nothing ever happened to our car.

The room we were given had peeling paint and was dirty and the towels were dirty and I had a dehumidifier and they’re very loud and it stunk so we asked for a different room. We got the room across the hall which didn’t have a dehumidifier which was good. Had peeling paint in the bathroom. Bathroom was terrible. Overall condition of that hotel is terrible. The staff our role is very nice.

It just needs some work
Seems like their remodeling so maybe once completed it will be better pictures misleading very strong smells in hotel entry way staff ok but no previous notification of 100.00 deposit until I arrived and I’ve never had to pay 100.00 deposit especially using my credit card and this hotel was last min mainly for rest so it wasn’t really up to my standards rooms seem to be somewhat outdated and just not clean or fresh look at your baseboard your towels liens the walls were dirty even the place where you place the soaps and shower gels we’re sticky I don’t know the area was just dirty and be more friendly also not enough trash cans a lot of things were out of order drink machines ice machines couldn’t use elevators between certain times and there were some dead bugs and the smell they had something coming from spray machines like air freshener but it was loud and smelled bad and the elevator got stuck alot

Dog friendly room
This was a good dog friendly accommodation. There was no rug and the floor seemed clean. However, the side entrance was disgusting....very dirty and smokey. Trash cans were overflowing and the parking area was trashy and dirty. There were also very few places to walk my dog. Back to the room...the beds were fine but the bathroom is in need of updating. Never my husband nor I wanted to take a shower...it was crumbling apart.

Would pass on this at least until it gets upgraded
Currently under renovation. Rooms on either side of us being redone. Plastic wrap on hall floors and lots of plaster and dry wall on floor being tracked. Bath room shower with peeling paint and running faucet. Breakfast waffle maker and microwave biscuits. Yoghurt out if date. All styrofoam plates etc. Bed was comfortable.extra charge for pet. Cat could get behind bed and hide.

The door to the room was missing half the paint. The ceiling tiles above the door were mussing revealing dirt. The bathroom flo9r looked it was never washed. The wall in the bathroom had dirt of unknown origins (gross). The rest of the room was ok.

comfortable overall. a few minor issues: the shower temperature was difficult to figure out/slightly off. also, the toilet got plugged very easily. other than that, great.

The stay was overall good everyone on the staff except for Sasha had amazing customer service. She could really use some more training. She wasn’t welcoming at all as soon we walked in she had her head down texting on her phone & it took her a minute to even acknowledge us standing there.

The bed and a/c were good and the main room area was clean, however, the bathroom and other areas need a lot of maintenance. This room should not have been rented in its current condition. The towel rack in the bathroom had been torn out and not replaced. There was a sticky glue substance all over the countertop in the bathroom. Many areas in the room and hallway need a paint job. The curtains in the bedroom were partially falling down. The ceiling by the window is dirty. The tub and shower have numerous issues. This was room 207. Whoever is responsible for maintenance should be fired. We've been to many other Country Inn & Suites and had just been to the one in Memphis. The other have all been satisfactory to very nice. This was very disappointing. I might not ever reserve anothe room at a Country Inn & Suites.
