"We came in for the Atlas Obscura music festival surrounding the total eclipse and were astonished and delighted to find Evan’s listing. The property is well designed, impeccably redone and tastefully decorated two bedroom one bath with an adorable eat in kitchen with banquettes looking out over a beautiful garden area. The neighborhood eateries are amazing! I will be coming back!!!"

"Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer! This place is wonderful. (The king size bed is extremely comfortable!) The animals are indeed all so friendly. Great place for a family to enjoy. It was raining during our stay and just sitting on the front porch listening to the rain was so relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. If we ever travel this direction again, I would stay here one more time. :)"

"This home is beautiful, immaculately clean, big enough for large gatherings, with attention paid to the details that make you feel at home. It is walking distance to the Capitol and within a half block of a long display of beautiful artistic murals that show a desire for social justice and freedom. It is only a five minute drive to historic Central High School national park and a tad more to the Fine Arts Museum, both a must-see for out of towners. "We’re from Little Rock and stayed here while in the process of moving across town. It was very clean and well furnished. Very cute. The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend."

"My family of 3 really enjoyed this spacious house. It was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the massage couch. The host were very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. They made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here. The only down side was the dog hair on everything. I don’t have a pet so it was a little annoying to have dog hair on my socks and all over the on the rugs. Other than that it was awesome."

"House was quiet, clean and as described. Property owner and manager were very nice and responsive. Excellent fenced in large yard space for kids/dogs. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap."

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....
