"Good location but the place is abandoned, some parts are closed, they informed about the closed pool/hot tub after booking but not about the non-existent breakfast (at hotels.com they advertise with breakfast included). The place has great potential, but it is abandoned. Under these conditions it not worth the money."

"Este hotel não me prestigiou em nada! Me deu um quarto virado para o estacionamento, o atendente do meu check in, esnobe e indiferente, não foi nem gentil e muito menos cordial. Na hora que chegamos me ofereceu champanhe, não quis pois estava cansada da viagem, me disse que durante a minha estadia era só pedir em qualquer outro dia, 2 dias depois fui falar com a mesma pessoa, pedi meu drink de boas vindas, o mesmo foi arrogante e me perguntou, você já não está aqui?
