A comfortable and spacious 50 m2, self catering apartment, for 2-4 people , 3 minutes away by foot from the beach, with sea views and a beautiful green garden.

A comfortable self catering air conditioned apartment in a complex of 7 apartments , 3 minutes away by foot from the beach and with views to the sea. The apartment is 50 m2 and is ideal for 2-4 people. It is ideal for couples ( 2 people ) that they want a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and it is ideal for families with 3-4 members or a company of 3 or 4 people. There are 2 rooms and one of them has a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds. There are balconies both sides of the apartment so sun or shade are available most of the day according to your preference. One balcony has view to the sea and the other has view to the mountain. The apartment is fully equiped ,including a full size cooker and fridge freezer. The bathroom is big with shower. There is in house reception. There is roofed private parking place for the cars. There is a beautiful green garden all around the building.

The apartment is in Xiropigado , a quiet seaside village at Argolic gulf, 20 Km away from Nafplio . The quiet village location is ideal for that lazy holiday or as a base for exploration of the area and its many antiquities. The village has 6 tavernas , 2 super markets, 2 cafe and 2 bakery. All of them are a few minutes away. The area has many villages and towns with tavernas and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The local beach is 150 meters away and other beaches of all types are close by. For those with an interest in history and archeology the apartment is 20 Km away from Argos the oldest continuously inhabited town in Europe and Nafplion the first Greek capital city and a delightful harbor town, with many beautiful buildings and places of interest. The place has many sites with churches, castles , theaters temples and fortresses spanning 5,000 years . Nearby locations of interest include Mycenae and the magnificent theater of Epidavros .
