"Beautiful property surrounded by trails to hike in the forest. Really unique lodge we were very glad we stayed. Plus was the spa and lovely outdoor hot tubs. While the meals were okay but not great, we enjoyed the social hour and meeting the other guests. Lodge rooms were smaller than expected. Beware that it is a long windy drive in and out of the hotel. "

The owner clearly spends time and effort on the grounds however, we were disappointed by the lack of privacy in our room, it being directly adjacent to the breakfast room with all the accompanying intrusive noise.We were warned the previous evening by the proprietor that this was likely altho we did not realise it would be quite so loud. "The Hotel is a bit dated and needs a refreshing. All the lights on the way to our room were off and most disappointing, the pool was closed due to an outage. This can happen of course, but any kind of compensating this, was refused. We would have expected any sign to adjust the loss of using the pool area. It is that that reception was not willing to do so. As a consequence we did not use the restaurant on our second day. This behavior is not a 4 star hotel behavior. That's a pity."

"I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very helpful and I had a whole room to myself as there were very few tourists when I was visiting. "

"Nice motel just situated off the busy road but no biggie. Also close to Bayfair Mall and other surrounding shops. Staff very friendly and accommodating and the room also spacious and having the luxury of a smart TV was a bonus as you can use your own device to stream your programs. Highly recommended and would stay again "
