"We where going deep sea fishing out of Hampton beach and stayed overnight to be closer as we had to be there for 6:30 am. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice...

"Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected...

"This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved walking across the street to the beach. We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. "

Ashley was extremely responsive, helpful with any question that I had and the cabin was absolutely immaculate!She really thought of every detail, and our kids really enjoyed the playroom and big downstairs, with the different activities she had!It was the perfect retreat and close to everything… I searched and searched for so many VRBOs and nothing was quite like this! He even reached out to let us know we had forgotten something upon checkout. The home was quaint and in a great location- easy to walk to any food, coffee, stores, and the water.
