Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! "Had a beautiful stay for a special occasion in the Broadwater Suites. Very busy with kids and families in main area of resort but was quiet in the room. Breakfast was amazing at the buffet. Would highly recommend. "
