  • Welcome to S.S. Escape. This beautifully renovated, dog-friendly (up to 20lbs) four-bedroom home is located in North Falmouth’s desirable Seascape community, with access to two private association beaches just a short walk away. Enjoy refined coastal style, bright living spaces, updated bathrooms, a lower-level lounge with wet bar, garage game area, and easy access to downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons, the Shining Sea Bikeway, beaches, dining, shops, and more...

    Recently renovated, S.S. Escape is bright, stylish, and welcoming throughout. The layout works especially well for families because it offers several places to gather while also giving guests room to spread out.

    The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, reading nook/office space, TV room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The lower level includes an additional bedroom, a full bathroom, laundry area, and lounge with a custom wet bar and slot machine. The garage includes games, entertainment, and beach gear for guests to enjoy.

    🛋️ Main living room

    The main living room is located just off the kitchen and features cathedral ceilings that create an airy, open, and elevated feel. This is a comfortable space for relaxing on the sofas, reading, or catching up with family and friends after a day at the beach.

    📖 Reading nook / office space

    Separated from the main living room by a half wall, this cozy nook includes seating and a desk. It is a great little escape within the home for reading, checking email, or enjoying a quieter moment while still being close to the main living space.

    📺 Main floor TV room

    The TV room is separate from the main living room, giving guests another comfortable place to unwind. It feels private enough for movie watching or quiet downtime, while still being close enough to stay connected with everyone on the main floor.

    🍽️ Dining area

    The dining area is bright and spacious, with seating for up to 12 people. It is perfect for family meals, morning coffee, board games, or planning the day’s Cape Cod adventures.

    🛁 Bathrooms

    S.S. Escape includes three full bathrooms, all recently renovated.

    • The primary en-suite bathroom includes a stand-up shower.
    • The main floor hall bathroom is beautifully designed with a tub/shower combination, high ceilings, and natural light
    • The lower-level full bathroom is located off the laundry area and includes a stand-up shower.

    🍸 Lower-level lounge

    The lower level offers a unique bonus space that is not commonly found in many Cape homes. Guests can enjoy a custom-built wet bar, lounge seating, TV, and a fun casino-style slot machine. This is a great spot for adults to relax, watch a game, or enjoy a drink after the beach.

    🏓 Garage game area

    The games and additional entertainment are located in the garage, along with beach gear for guest use. This gives kids and adults another casual space to enjoy during the stay, especially after the beach or on a rainy day. Ping Pong and indoor shuffle board are fun for the whole family :)

    🧺 Laundry

    The laundry area is located on the lower level near the wet bar and lower-level bathroom. It is spacious and convenient for longer stays.

    🌿 Outdoor living

    Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, including a private deck off the primary bedroom and a patio with outdoor dining and a grill just outside the lower level. These areas are perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

    🏖️ Association beach access and more…

    Guests have access to two Seascape association beaches located just a short walk from the home. Basic beach gear is provided and stored in the garage.

    Tennis and Pickleball playing guests can book a court during your stay. [Courts can book up fast, so be sure to book your court times in advance.     Boat launch available (shared launch in the community) and driveway can support most hitched boats

    ♿ Helpful mobility information

    Please note that this home may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
    To enter the main floor of the home, guests will need to walk up a set of stairs with a railing. Once on the main floor, there is also a small set of interior stairs leading to the hallway with the main-floor bedrooms and bathrooms.

    The primary bedroom, second bedroom, third bedroom, two of the three full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, and TV room are all located on the main floor.
    The lower level is accessed via a stairway.

    👶 Traveling with infants and toddlers

    S.S. Escape welcomes families with children of all ages. Please note, however, that the home is not baby- or toddler-proofed. Parents and grandparents should bring any necessary safety items such as outlet covers and similar equipment.

    Guests are also welcome to order items in advance and have them delivered to the home for their stay. If helpful, please ask us about local baby gear rentals and we are happy to point you in the right direction.

    As with any home, children should be supervised at all times, especially around stairs, kitchen items, the grill, and other potential hazards.

    Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the patio, yard, garage game area, beach gear, and association beaches and tennis / pickleball courts.


    We want guests to enjoy their stay without feeling overwhelmed with host messages. That said, we do our best to proactively provide the important details you’ll need before you arrive and during your stay. We’re also always happy to help during your stay, so please feel free to message us anytime!

    Outdoor furniture is typically available seasonally, usually May through October. Please ask us about availability if booking in May or late October.
