"This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return."

"Rented for Oberlin College graduation weekend. Great communication and check in from friendly and welcoming hosts. The great communication continued throughout the stay and at checkout. Convenient location, quiet, and dog friendly as advertised. Very roomy and everything we needed for stay was close at hand. It was a bit pricey for the accomodations but admittedly was priced for a busy college grad weekend so that is understandable."

"We rented for the kitchen and available rooms. We had a broken dishwasher that the owner did not rectify. There were missing utensils in the kitchen, which otherwise was stocked well. The house had been closed up too long, so all the windows had to be opened to air out the property for the first day we were there. We paid an enormous amount to stay at this house for a weekend & it frankly wasn’t worth the price."
