"O hotel é muito bom! Perto da estação de trem de de ônibus, e está na área comercial da cidade perto de lojas e restaurantes! O atendimento foi muito bom! O restaurante do hotel é muito bom! Valeu muito a pena jantar lá! O qurarto tem um bom tamanho, estava bem limpo assim como o banheiro! Wifi funcionou bem e de cortesia! Ótimo café da manhã! Ponto negativo e por isso não dei 5 estrelas é a acústica do hotel que realmente é ruim!"

"部屋は清潔でシングルルームの広さも思っていたよりも広くて快適でした。フロントの男性もとても親切で協力的でした。 ただ、チッペナム駅からは予想していたよりも遠くて歩ける距離ではありません。バスを利用しなければなりませんが、土日は近くのバス停にバスがとまりません。バスなどの公共交通機関を利用して旅行する人は注意する必要があります。 また、ここでタクシーを利用する際は、カードが使えるはずですが、タクシー運転手から何度も現金での支払いを求められます。"

"Lovely maintained garden in bloom to walk around, modern comfortable and spacious garden rooms in newer wing. However, unfortunately proximity to the M4 means the noise of traffic is inescapable dampening the whole experience - even in the rooms where seals on windows needs improving and very loud in the garden - so no quiet relaxing if noise is an issue. Bathroom was not 100% clean in the room - toothpaste left on wash basin. Breakfast was quite average."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Unfortunately we had to get there early as the contact number on the website is no longer use. Half the building was cold the pool was not open as being renovated the gym also not open or the sauna . The room was so small should have been a single . The 2 staff we saw was lovely and very kind . The place didn’t look ready for any guests . We ended up going home ."

"The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough. There was a horrid smell of old refuse and greasy food in the communal corridors. The views and location were exceptional. The staff were helpful and lovely. Not the...
