This upper-level unit has been completely renovated and updated. It sports brand new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances (fridge w/ icemaker, stove, dishwasher and microwave) with beautiful granite countertops, The kitchen is completely furnished with new colorful fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond pots & pans, and many more useful utensils. Bathroom has been completely updated with new tiled shower, new vanity, new commode and heated towel rack. Bedrooms have new wall to wall carpeting and living room has new area rugs and vinyl plank flooring. Living room has new custom made pull-out sofa and side chair. This Unit has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (that can be converted into a king with advanced notice), a sofa in the living room with pull-out queen inflatable bed, and a full bathroom. Private Deck is available for outdoor grilling and relaxation. The deck has new polywood table & chair set that can seat upto 8 people and six polywood adirondack chairs. Central air conditioning, WIFI and off street parking (2 cars) are available.
