Guests have access to the entire interior of the home with the exception of two locked closets that are used for owner storage.
There is a furnished outdoor patio as well as off-street parking for two vehicles, with one space in the attached garage and the other in the driveway out front.

QUIET HOURS
We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Any violations will result in noise complaints being called in and possible removal from the property.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS OR ALTERATIONS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, we recommend travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season (June through November). Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.
SUPPLIES
All reservations are equipped with at least one towel/washcloth per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. If any additional supplies are needed during your stay please let us know.
DECORATING
Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages and do not use any glitter or other similar decorative items that are difficult to clean. Damages due to tape removal or decorations or additional cleaning will incur a $500 repainting/cleaning fee.
SMOKING
There is to be no smoking/vaping anywhere indoors. Any evidence that guests have smoked indoors will incur a $500 fine. All guests are responsible for disposing of any cigarette butts properly as there are not to be left anywhere outside.
PET POLICY
This is a pet friendly property with a $150 pet fee. Please disclose the type of pet when booking.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any inquiries. We look forward to your visit. Pet policy: - Home is pet friendly for up to two pets under 35lbs but type of pet must be disclosed prior to booking and will incur a $150 pet fee. Pets are to be crated when left unsupervised and are not to be let on furniture. Guests must also make sure to clean up after pets. Any damages or excess cleaning caused by pet will be billed to guest.
Smoking/drug use: - No smoking/drug use anywhere inside the home; any evidence of smoking will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee plus removal from the property if discovered during stay.
Parties/unregistered guests: - No parties/Quiet hours between 10pm-8am; any violations of the quiet hours may result in removal from the property. - No unregistered guests; only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed in the home. Any unregistered guests may result in removal from the property.
Decorating: - If decorating the home for a birthday, etc. during your stay, absolutely no glitter or confetti is to be used, guests must use painter's tape on all surfaces, and all decorations must be removed before checkout. Any evidence of glitter/confetti or any decorations not removed will incur a $500 fee
Plumbing: - Only toilet paper is to be flushed in toilets (no flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.). Any plumbing clogs due to items other than toilet paper being flushed will be charge to the guest.
Linens: - Please use the black makeup towels to remove all makeup. Any white towels or bed linens ruined by bronzer, makeup, mascara or any other stains will be billed to the guest.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 damage deposit is automatically billed upon arrival. It will be refunded to your card after checkout if there are no claims made for damages.
