- Please note: Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles with logos, and RVs are not allowed on the premises.
House Rules:
- Quiet Time: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM onwards, both inside and outside.
- No Pets:A $200 per pet fine applies if pets are found in the unit, along with charges for damages and additional cleaning.
- No Parties or Gatherings: Unregistered guests are not allowed on property.
- Supplies: The unit is equipped with essential amenities but will not be replenished during your stay.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The property is very convenient to everything in Charleston. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The only downside is parking can be tight and trains run right behind property. However, this was actually a selling point for us, as we love the sound of trains.

Townhome vacationing...

The place had some issues that apparently they were unaware post storm, backyard sink hole, some flooring sagginess in laundry room and living room/hallway. Musty smell of water not ran frequently. 10pm noise ordance. No problems though.

Weekend trip

The house was great, very simple and cozy. The parking is incredibly tight and small but other than that no complaints. You are about 20-25 minutes from mount pleasant, downtown Charleston, and all the beaches in Charleston which makes it nice not being right downtown. The owner does have a very strict refund and cancellation policy which is clearly stated but it is very strict so I would consider buying insurance.

North Charleston SC

I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Floors are uneven all through the house. The ceiling paint is chipping all throughout the house as well. Surrounding area isn’t the greatest. However, once you get into the condo complex it’s fine. Unit is tucked backed into the corner. About 25/30 minutes out from downtown/beaches so be prepared to drive. We knew this when booking. Kitchen/house is not fully stocked like the description states. The kitchen has the bare minimum utensils for cooking. Pots and pans provided are horrible. They barely provide you with toilet paper and paper towels. We booked this place for a week for 4 people and were only provided 2 full rolls and the other 2 rolls were more than half way gone. The paper towel roll was also half way gone. When asked for more the host stated we were provided 4 full rolls and a roll of paper towels which was false. We were only provided 2 full rolls and the other 2 were used. The host stated they do not provide more for the remainder of the stay. I’ve never stayed somewhere where they don’t provide you this for your entire stay. Train behind the house didn’t bother us but it does shake the entire house. Overall, cleanliness of the house was good. Host was nice and quick to respond to messages.

Not accurate pictures

When you open the door the smell of mold/sewage hits you. It is not newly remodeled. If that is the remodeling job they should get their money back. The flooring is separating. Cabinet doors are uneven and have to open one to close the other. Floor was sticky.The ceiling has spots that you can tell had water damage. The back porch we could not even sit on due the awful smells of sewage. Was very disappointed with this. The communication was great though. Very nice host.

Poor renovation

Opened the door first day to a 2 inch cockroach. Soft spots and rises all in the floors. Chemical type odor throughout the entirety of the unit.

North Charleston

We enjoyed our stay. Not far from downtown Charleston. Neighbor is older but very quiet. There is a train but not enough noise to bother us. This property was very clean. Normally my OCD has me wiping down everything before I use it but I felt comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is there are some spots on the living room couch which looked like someone had tried to clean could be addressed but other then that the property was spotless. Loved the big washer and dryer that looked brand new. Also enjoy coffee on the screened in porch.

Best stay

The owner was very prompt responding. Loved staying here it was an amazing feel and environment. Would recommend to someone else to stay here and communicate all needs to the host prior to arriving and they will do their best to accommodate within reason. Lovely townhome.

The place is exactly as pictured. The beds are super comfortable. It could use a little more storage in the bathroom for your toiletries. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice for short stay

Pros: looks nice, very comfy beds, lots of space in bedrooms and living areas. Fridge had a few bottles of water stocked. Parking well marked so easy to find right in front of the house. Room to improve: near a loud train that shakes the entire house every hour. Master Bathroom is a shared bathroom and very small; a lot of unused space in bedrooms could be used to enlarge the bathroom space. Shower Water was not very hot and poor water pressure. Can hear neighbors on front porch talking on phones.

Quite get away from downtown chaos

It was a wonderful space to get away from the chaos of downtown Charleston and enjoy the comforts of a home. My only gripe would be the occasional the bowing floors, but I understand those are lots of work to fix so it was nothing on my conscious. Also, the shower was amazing.

Pleasant stay

It was overall a very pleasant stay, no issues really. Keep in mind there is very tight parking and you’ll only be given 1 parking spot. We were only in one car so that was fine, however very tight parking. This is an apartment complex so keep in mind there are neighbors close by. It was about 30mins from everything, so not too bad of a drive. Rules are listed in kitchen but we’re not listed when booking, however we did not run into any issues. Communication was great.

The bed was the best as far as comfort. Had a lite smell to the sheets n towels. There was a was clothe that was left on the shower rack. All the floors felt like you was going to cave in as you walked to the bathroom downstairs n upstairs. Very shocked of the conditions

The property was as advertised. It is located at the end of the street and is a fairly quiet neighborhood. As others have mentioned the trains do run directly behind the building so they can be a bit noisy. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screen porch each morning.

This property is only about 10 minutes from the airport, set back in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was super clean, and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay at North Charleston

Neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. Area is not walkable, but it's a quick drive into downtown Charleston. There is a railroad behind the property, but it didn't bother us at all. The A/C was great, the property was clean and well stocked with a few pots and pans in the kitchen, and the host was very communicative! We would certainly stay again.
