Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This home will greet you with ample off street parking and a beautifully landscaped yard. As you enter the home, you will be in the foyer adjacent to the stairs and garage. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first level. You can also access the back yard from the screened in porch. As you go upstairs to the 2nd level, you will enter the open living, kitchen, and dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen is anchored by a 12 foot countertop island, perfect for gathering around! There is also plenty of cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The kitchen flows into the the living room which features a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV.

The 3rd level has the 3 additional bedrooms. All four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Cars can only be parked in the driveway/garage, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

Note: City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

We provide a starter supply of coffee, toiletries, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags for your convenience. Numerous grocery stores are located nearby for any additional or preferred items you may need.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
