Welcome to our newly renovated 4 bedroom house in North Charleston, South Carolina! Our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay.
As soon as you step inside, you`ll notice the spacious open floor plan, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features cozy seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, so you can cook up a storm and enjoy meals with your family and friends at the large dining table.
Each of the four bedrooms has been decorated with your comfort in mind, featuring comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds.
The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in North Charleston, with easy access to local attractions such as the Charleston International Airport, downtown Charleston, and the beautiful beaches of the South Carolina coast.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.
Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

House Policies: To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules: No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure: Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

Great place to stay!
We stayed at the Boroughs' really nice little house for our Spring Break with the kids and friends. The house has just been renovated and was squeaky clean from head to toe!
The kitchen is very well equipped, there was plenty of space in the house with 4 bedrooms, and more beds that we needed.
The plus: the kids loved the cinema/arcade room.
Communication with the host has also been great, and it is a very good and quiet location to go downtown or visit all the plantations.
