I made my reservation through Hotel.com and requested a ground floor due to bad knees ..as it became later (5pm) I called the facility and was told no rooms were available for me, but when i mentioned I'd be in town a month and paying weekly they found one and said to just call the afterhour # on arrival. Long story short, I was told if i paid up front in the morning i could get a monthly discout, then told i couldnt because i didnt pay on arrival..but the worst part was the room was full jf roaches, i complained and they sprayed but it didnt help and seemed worse and the policy refused a refund of any of my money whether I left or not
