Beautiful, freshly renovated bungalow located in the heart of up-and-coming Park Circle only 15 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Enjoy peaceful serenity while you relax on the large enclosed patio and sip local freshly brewed coffee or Charleston Tea Plantation tea on your private patio.

Sprawl out on the comfy master king bed or 1 of 2 the queens bed to sleep up to 6 guests.

We provide towels, locally sourced hand soap provided by the Pluff Mud Mercantile, a starter pack of 4 Keurig pods, a variety of spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and more. Take advantage of our blender, food processor, and stainless steel appliances and more.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. You may provide a 4 digit entry code of your choice to enter. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is parking for at 2 cars in the driveway.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed Internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway!

You can access your Hulu, Netflix and other streaming accounts with the Smart TV. Please note that there is no live TV unless it is included with one of your streaming accounts.

AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING
You have full control of a convenient and separate HVAC unit to adjust the temperature to your liking.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a comfy king-size mattress, a second bedroom features a queen bed with a half bath, and the third has a queen mattress as well. Each bedroom features it's own Smart TV. Each bedroom has USB outlets on each nightstand and a sound machine to provide gentle background noise to lull you to sleep :)

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

SECURITY:
A Eufy security cameras is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property!

I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday in Charleston this year. We really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and comfortable home. My husband really enjoyed the sun room. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for my family!

My family loved our stay here! The property included everything one could ever need. Patrick was easy to contact and quick to response. We loved the numerous outlets and charging options for devices. The rooms were spacuous and very clean. My only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness is in relation to the mildew smell inside and outside. I understand this could be in relation to the area. It may be helpful to state in description for families with members that are sensitive to that allergy. The outside seemed to be overgrown a bit and the outside shower was not working. Again, understanding the recent weather and area, in the big scheme of things, this was not a huge deal. However we did choose this property because of the extra shower area to rinse off after a day at the beach.All in all, we loved our stay and would love to stay again when we return to the area. The extra beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! Check in was extremely easy and we were very happy that we were able to check in early.

We were so happy with this house! Great location in Park Circle. Plenty of cool eateries and shops in the center circle and very close to the interstate for quick access to other parts of Charleston. Great outdoor space. Cute decor and good flow of the home.

A great spot!

We stayed here for a week while in the area house hunting for our upcoming military transfer. This was a great central location to all the areas we were looking in and it was nice to come back to a home (vs a hotel) each evening after an exhausting day.

Great home for a family

This was a perfect spot for our family getaway to Charleston on Valentineā€™s Day weekend and only 15 minutes from downtown. We arrived late in the evening and went through a rough neighborhood to get here so we were a little alarmed when we went to check in and the front door was ajar. Other than that small hiccup it was a good stay. Very spacious and the games made it very enjoyable for the family. A special shoutout to the Super Nintendo as Iā€™m sure most guests also rave about. The playground down the street was amazing for the kids. Iā€™d recommend this place and would probably stay here again. Patrick was the best communicator Iā€™ve came across on a rental property so thatā€™s much appreciated.

AMAZING PLACE!

Patrick is a wonderful host! He was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay! The house was absolutely amazing! Cozy Mid-Mod Charleston Suburbian Home

We had a great stay in this renovated mid-mod style house in a quiet residential neighborhood in the North Charleston suburb. It was convenient to get downtown in 20 minutes and close enough to make a quick trip to Folly Beach. The host kept it quite clean, provides an extensive welcome book if you want local recommendations or need instructions on how to charge the TV remotes or play music on the built in Bluetooth bathroom speaker. Thereā€™s quite a variety of amenities in the house, from washer dryer combo to fire pit to outdoor living room to a record player amongst other common features. Easy to communicate with and live the check in and lock security. Couldnā€™t ask for more! Thanks for the great place to stay.

Home away from Home (REALLY!)

This is a "home away from home" house! It's very clean & comfortable. (My husband commented several times about how clean it was.) Just bring your food, it has everything else you would need, including 2 blow dryers. I loved the screened in room, that was my favorite spot in the early mornings. There's a television out there and in each of the 3 bedrooms. If you have kids...the house has Nintendo with games, board games, cards, puzzles....something for everyone. The beds & pillows are very comfortable, so comfortable in fact...I ordered the gel pillows for my own house. We would absolutely stay here again.

Adorable and cozy

I rented this property for the weekend to have a little get away with my adult kids and grandson. It is a rare occurrence to have this opportunity since my son is in the Marines. The home was beautiful, cozy and inviting! I really enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch! The house was clean and decorated so cute! Patrick was so nice and easy to communicate with. Place to relax between events at Convention Center

Very nice property a short drive from Convention Center and easy driving distance to all of Charleston's best sites. All of us had space to relax between events. We were able to prep meals and cook or grill and dine in, eat on the patio, or in the screened all season room. Great local dining options and microbrews in the Park Circle business district (and very short drive) and plenty of chain restaurants near the Convention Center if you like to keep things familiar.
