"Well, staff tried to help… but the room was discussing. Water all on the carpet, huge wet stain on the couch. Pillows have nasty yellow stains. The kicker is when I called the front desk to get help with the room they ask my name… said “who are you??”.. they checked me under another guest name!! Still waiting to get the stay figured out."

"We were given a parking pass when we arrived. We weren’t told we’d be charged to park our car in the parking lot until we checked out and it was charged as an incidental. I feel if I’m paying for a room I shouldn’t have to pay to park there as well."

"Super impressed with this hotel, everything was clean, the pool area was nice, good selection for breakfast, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are super comfortable! All of the staff that I met were super nice and helpful. And they have late check out which was wonderful, no rushing to hurry up and get out. I would highly recommend!"
