"Staff was wonderful"

"We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted. The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. "Our stay was awesome. The room was quaint, but clean and spacious. My only suggestion to management would be to add a small table for toiletries near the sink. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The continental breakfast was much more than we expected. Everything was fresh and yummy! Parking was convenient and the Hotel's location was perfect. We were withing walking distance (5 minutes tops) to everything we wanted to see. The next door restaurant was...

"Way overpriced for what it is. No shuttle to airport. If you need uber early in the morning “GOOD LUCK” nice staff but rooms are $50 motel for $300."

"The room was clean, but the fridge was turned off. Only 1 set of towels. In the pictures the location gives a much better impression than the property actually is. Was at a good location for our travel needs. Been renovated, but clearly a place that's been for many years with updates. Bed was fine. Gave a feeling of the old west- which it is a small western town. Nothing fancy, but if all you need is a place to sleep for the night, worked fine."
