"This property is everything it would appear to be in the listing and more. We had nine adults for a wonderful three-day weekend celebration of my wife's 60th birthday. It was an ideal venue and exceeded our expectations. Huge deck with amazing views of the mountains and valley below. The master bedroom which occupies the upper floor (with balcony and similarly great view) is special. "The apartment is very clean. We had everything we needed. They could use a hairdryer. Location is great. Close to Jim Thorpe, Beltzville State Park, and whitewater rafting. Driveway is steep but plenty of free parking within a half block. "

"Exactly as shown in their photos: spotlessly clean, well-equipped even to the smallest details that would be too many too list here. Everything seemed brand new. I had a relaxing and comfortable 3-day stay. When I called the owner because I couldn’t start the gas fireplace, he arrived cheerfully within 2 minutes and showed me how to use the remote. "The house was very modern and clean. We appreciated the “extras” in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is urban so guests should expect some street noise. However, the neighborhood felt safe and the home has its own designated parking. The host was also easy to communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "

"Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed the goats and chickens *****"

"The home is cozy and clean and has lots of space for family to gather and spend time. The outdoor patio is screened in and spacious. Our beds were comfy and the best part of our trip was being down the street from family in Slatington as usually we’d have to stay half hour away in a hotel. This is a great place to stay locally! "

"We were in town for a wedding and this was close and convenient to the event. This is basically a nice row house with 5 bedrooms on 3 floors with two very small bathrooms. Very clean and nicely amended with an updated kitchen which we did not use since we were just there overnight. Lots of stairs so if that’s an issue I would not recommend but it was perfect for my family."
