Resorts All Inclusive North Bristol

"This property is amazing! Free delicious coffee and choice of tea. Complementary hand wash, shower products and body lotion. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The food at the diner was beautiful. Very helpful staff especially for getting the buses. Thank you and will definitely be back"

"Really nice property in quiet location. Food was great"

"Lovely stay but next door guests made such noise until 2am 😭"

"Good transport links. Room very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Does not do breakfast but sister inn close buy and plenty cafes nearby eg Starbucks . Only there for short while but hope to return and will stay again. "

"Quartos fantásticos, muito modernos e limpos Funcionarios sem vontade de trabalhar, e das piores comidas que já comi, sem sabor nenhum Pequeno almoço não vale o dinheiro"

"Excelente hotel. Mesmo não tendo muito domínio da língua inglesa fui muito bem recebido na recepção, quarto do hotel é espaçoso e confortável. Hotel conta com piscina aquecida e estacionamento, gostei muito do hotel e recomendo."

"Nice room, shame to find dirty toilet paper on seat on arrival. Pricy restaurant in main hotel"

"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

"Lovely room. Nice breakfast."

"We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"Everything ok. Free parking included."

"Great staff lady on"

"A very cute place to stay. Staff weee extremely helpful during our stay."

"1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night ."

"Be very careful when booking your place as I have booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as I have a baby but was given one room which did not meet my needs at all. I did not have no other option than sleeping and return home the next day. It is above the pub which is noisy so be very careful when booking this place."

"They cancelled the booking 2 hours before check-in and haven't refunded me"
