"O Hotel de forma geral está muito aquém de ser considerado um lugar de ponta. Alimentação precária, atendimento deficitário, falta treinamento p os funcionários. Além de tudo isso priorizaram a área da piscina e praia p um cruzeiro que parou na ilha sendo que os hóspedes não puderem utilizar os espaços. Tudo lamentável. "
