"The property was as stated in the VRBO listing. The host was totally attentive, helpful and accommodating. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice. It was definitely a no worries stay at your apartment. Several restaurants nearby, convenience stores, pharmacy and a nice park right across the street. Four blocks to the bus which takes you to the subway into Manhattan! Its was a great experience. Thank you so much!"

"I have mixed feelings about this place.On the positive side, the price is unbeatable. The flat is also large—we were eight people and had plenty of space. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great as well, about 20 minutes from Times Square by bus. "Had the best stay here celebrating my best friend for her bachelorette party. Check-in was seamless, host was amazing and so easy to communicate with and even gave us a late checkout last minute when we asked. Location was safe and easy to find, couldn’t recommend this place more for larger groups! "

"The location was perfect for a Hoboken baby shower that I was attending. It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to Washington St, the waterfront and more. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having a parking spot included was a major reason for booking this unit and it fit my SUV without trouble."

"We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. "We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this.
