"The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so there were some mattresses in the hallway. However, this did not affect our experience. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially appreciated the hot breakfast, which was perfect for our family traveling with young children."

"You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves."

"We had a great stay with a lakefront view from our room. Just needed a getaway in nature, and this hotel provided exactly that, a very calm and safe place away from the city. The staff and guests on the property were very nice and accommodating. It was easy to contact them during office hours, and overall had a great stay at this beautiful hotel."
