This home is less than a mile from the Rec center and previously voted USA's best Minor League Baseball Stadium at SRP Park, with many highly rated restaurants and chophouses nearby.

The house features a basketball court that converts easily to a pickleball court, a private pool, a large indoor and outdoor entertainment area, and endless opportunities for family fun with a variety of games at your disposal!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features a large deck overlooking a private pool. The outdoor space is spacious enough for a pickleball court and has a cozy fire pit with precut wood. Entertain friends with a pool table and bar in a spacious sunroom. A golf cart is included with the home, and SRP Park/Hammonds Fry is only 1.2 miles away. Broad St, with its active nightlife, is a 6-minute (2.2-mile) Uber ride away. ANGC and multiple public golf courses are only 5.5 miles away!
