"The room was nice and clean. Everything in it"

"Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful during check in. My room was clean. Parking was good, had a spot just outside the side door and made coming and going very easy. There was a continental breakfast and heard they may expand to carry more breakfast items in the near future. "

"Check in was great. All staff members we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The lobby and other public areas of the motel were nice. Breakfast was good. Our 2 small dogs were welcomed without an exorbitant pet fee. There is a nice designated pet area. We would definitely return if back in the area. "

"Motel needs upgrading. We requested an upstairs room; the clerk said he couldn't give us an upstairts room because we booked on expedia. This has never been a problem before."

"We've stayed at The Phoenix numerous times over the years. Very clean and staff is very friendly. The beds are sooooo comfortable and the buffet is good. Highly recommend this hotel. It's right off I5 with an easy off and on. They are dog friendly and even gave us a little bag with a dog treat in it. "

"Great room, convenient to OSU campus as well as Corvallis restaurants, etc. The staff were friendly and professional during check in and check out. We had to get an early start on our check out day and the breakfast was available at the posted time and was nicely setup. We will definitely stay here again for our next OSU related event."
