"The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The Concern: The only major drawback is that the property is located at a significant height. Since there are only stairs available, it is quite difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues...

"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...
