"I wanted a quiet and relaxing 2 day getaway where I could be right at the lake. Although this was more of a inlet of the lake, it was absolutely perfect spot. Because it was an inlet, the boats going by were going nice and slow, so it was nice to watch without their motors being loud. I spent most of my time outside on the porch relaxing, watching the lake, the boats going by and just reading my book. So relaxing. Can't wait to get back there again."

"Had a great experience. The tub had been refinished and I did not have the issues some of the other reviews mentioned. Was able to walk to downtown locations. Additional plus the unit I stayed in had a desk not shown in the pictures which made working during the day easier. I found the locks to work just fine, but the outer door lock did take a couple of trys to get the timing for tumbler engagement right."

Beautiful setting, great and responsive host. Close to Trident Marina which is where I keep my boat so it was super convenient. Do not hesitate book this property now."

"Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. It is a bottom floor unit so be aware if you wouldn’t want stomping from the upstairs unit but it didn’t bother us at all."

"Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night. The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy. Minimal furniture and tables but everything was in good working order. Tv's both worked as well as AC. It is in an older neighborhood that wasnt the best but sure wasn't the...

"My Husband and I loved our stay it was very relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed being able to fix our mesls as well as dine out. Very clean and nice. Communication was excellent and we were able to extend our stay with a text. We will be staying again."
