"The office check in was strange. Not an office setting. Little things need attention. Dish towels were rags. Bath mat looked old. Pieces of drywall sitting in hallways. Outside premises could use a spruce up."

"The pool was not watm enough for the weather. Although i understand that we were swimming during the last week of the season, the pool walls and hot tub were covered in green algae. It was as if the pool cleaner just gave up! :("
