"Check in was a nightmare. The person behind the desk fell asleep ( or passed out) several times. It took 45 minutes to check in. I was given a key and initially sent to a room that was already occupied. So I went back down to the desk. But queen highness behind the desk tried to deny checking me n and told me I wasn’t on the reservation. ( for that room. No I wasn’t. But I had my own reservation.) I was seriously worried I would not actually get a key to a room because no one else was there on...

"I booked a room at the casino resort and found out our room was in a totally different building well separate from the casino, pool, dining etc. It wasn't terrible, at least it was quiet, but it was inconvenient and unexpected. Staff were friendly and let me check in early, but they're very short staffed. "
