"Rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Service in the restaurant was not very good or clean. Seating was limited beacuse tables were not bussed. People raved about the breakfast but it was limited, table was messy, and they didn't replenish. When an item like fruit or bread ran out, it was gone. Go early or miss out. "

"The hotel sits in a very pretty setting with an outdoor space overlooking a small lake. The entire place was very clean, well decorated and all the staff was very friendly. We did not eat breakfast there so I didn't rate that. The room was very nice - really liked the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Will stay there again!"

"The young girl at the counter was very friendly and polite. She gave me a couple of options when if asked about cab/shuttle service. Teresa/ Connie the night manager was extremely engaging and funny as well as an excellent bartender. She was also thoughtful enough to return the watch that my wife had lost at the bar."

"My husband and I love going here for a quick night away. The room with the balconies and jacuzzi tub is perfect for a night away. Sraff is friendly and accommodating. Wish there was a place to eat dinner close by. The place is not modern but it is well maintained and clean. Will be booking again I'm sure. "

"Muito incrível! Superou todas as minhas expectativas. Pistas de esqui bem divertidas, fácil e rápido para alugar e pegar os equipamentos. Do quarto íamos andando a menos de 100m do início das pistas. Quartos confortáveis, estrutura do hotel bem honesta, staff extremamente agradável e restaurante bem justo, tudo muito gostoso. "
