"The house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the sliders to the deck. We had a wonderful view of the lake and we could see all the birds easily from the kitchen. The only suggestion I have is that either a sliding screen door is added or a screen that fits in the door frame. That way, you can keep the door open without letting bugs in. "The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room.
