"City playground outside of the backyard was great for the kids. Location was centralized to all of the activities we had planned for the three days stay. I would suggest updating your photos, since most of them do not match the current home condition. Also, if you are going to require no shoes in the home then supply a bench or something for the guest to take off their shoes and to put them back on."

"The bathroom was way to small. And it was pretty noisy nonstop. Owner said nothing about it being adjacent to the train. And parking was a bit of a headache. But other than that I enjoyed myself in such a little space."

"The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. TV great for all the football games. Very safe neighborhood good for walks. Enjoyed gas fire pit in backyard. Host very responsive snd welcoming. Definitely rent it again!"

"Asked a question prior to arriving but got no answer, and upon arrival didn't have the details to check in. Luckily checked in 10 mins later once the details camr in through the app. Long black hairs in all sinks, toilet and shower. Kicked my foot a couple of times on the uneven and poorly fitted flooring in the kitchen. Part of the flooring elsewhere held down with sticky tape. Can't watch the tv in the lounge room as one of the speakers are not working and distorts. Blinds in the bathroom...

"The first floor apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for our visit to UT. Reserved street parking was available near the front entrance. The "West Campus" neighborhood is densely populated, but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Communication with owner was excellent."
