"I was not able to get a first floor room, and the hostess in the morning was terribly rude."

"Excelente Localização E Atendimento "

"The staff was incredibly accommodating. Our initial room was located near the elevator and the ice machine, so we requested a quieter space as I was recovering from outpatient surgery. The front desk representative promptly found us a better room and was very pleasant regarding the change. It is refreshing to encounter such kind staff. Furthermore, the breakfast team was very cordial and checked with us before closing to ensure that our needs were fully met."

"I really liked the easy access to Mosaic, which was walking distance. Very comfortable hotel."

"Hotel sensacional!"
