"The stand out for us was the super friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again based on that alone."

"Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything"

"A localização é ótima! "Clean room, all good, thank you."

"Manager very helpful with suggestions for sights & restaurants.Room clean & quiet. Great to have car parked securely off the street. Outside eating area a good alternative to eating in room."

"Staff was so lovely , humble and helpful."

"O chalé tem um ótimo tamanho. Lareira elétrica que mantém o ambiente numa temperatura agradável. Várias trilhas saindo do hotel. "

"Bem localizado ! Acolhedor ! Oferece locais agradáveis no lobby! Quarto confortável e limpo! Pessoal que atende é simpático e gentil!"

"Convenient enough location but id rank it 2 star. I pick a 2 br place so we and partner have some space. This one was cramped. Would suit budget level traveller."
