"My family of six (spouse, three kids, mother-in-law) had a great time at Chez Pom. The house is right between the old city and the night bazaar, so there was plenty of night life to be had within walking distance. Yet because the house is set back from the street it was surprisingly quiet. The house was very clean, and the AC in each room was wonderful. Pom gave us a helpful tour when we arrived and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was helpful given our many sweaty adventures...

"The apartment literally has everything that you need for a great stay. It is well appointed, and spacious, without having any wasted space. The front porch area is lovely, with nice flowers and plants, and it is on a very quiet street. Just ignore the rooster. He is part of the experience anyway. The washing machine works great, and our hosts had everything we needed supplied, all we had to do was show up, unpack, relax, and enjoy our time in Chiang Mai. Which we did, thoroughly. "Fantastic property and location. Host was great and also hooked us up with an amazing tour guide, Gaan, who coordinated all of our tours for 4 days and transportation to and from the airport. Property was centrally located to plenty of food and easy to get to with taxis and tuk tuks. House had plenty of room for the 4 of us."

"The property was difficult to find for the Grab driver, but itself was alright. It is next to a tattoo parlor and bar, but the bar owner was wonderful and friendly. We were told by a local that we were in the "red light" district, which explained quite a bit. The residence itself was fine. Living room and kitchen were nice size.
