"Great place to stay - comfy room and wonderful garden and koi pond in back to enjoy. Would have been nice to check-in with person instead of a lock box but I understand staff shortages. More breakfast variety would have been nice. Overall very nice hotel with great location."

"The Wayside Motel is a great place if you remember the motels of the 60's and 70's. The place is so clean. Another retro thing is the fact that housekeeping visits daily, which is exceedingly rare in today's hotel/motel market. This is my second stay here, and I don't think it'll be my last!"

"The hotel was lovely. It was in a great location, had a beautiful little beach and had everything we needed for a great stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed our view. We had a suite and it was just lovely."
