"There are no staff anywhere - and finding our room was nearly impossible. We had to call the help desk to find it - there are no signs or directions ... the address that is given is the main office which is closed all the time. No instructions sent by email either. The building itself is ok - the room was clean and the fixtures new but not a very comfortable room - the TV wires were hanging off the wall and you could not see the TV from bed. The "kitchen" consisted of a 2 ring burner - a sink -...

"The room smelled terrible and the towels and wash rags were very dirty. It was so noisy I could not sleep. One of the worst nights I have ever spent at a hotel. The person at the front desk was very nice."
