"Appartement très propre et calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour un logement en ville. Le fait qu'il soit traversant permet qu'il soit toujours frais malgré la chaleur extérieure (pas besoin de la clim, en tout cas pendant notre séjour). La literie est très confortable et propre. Le quartier très commerçant, pas besoin de voiture tout peu se faire à pied ou en bus. Quand à Begoña, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions,rapidement et de manière sympathique."

"El piso en general está bastante bien , con lavadora de 9 kg , lavavajillas , TV muy grande (por lo menos 50 pulgadas , 3 habitaciones con camas de matrimonio Y bastante céntrico;Lo peor del piso son los sillones (incomodísimos)Y el dueño dice que es un 4 sin ascensor pero en realidad es un 5 sin ascensor (el primer piso empieza en la 2 planta);Y por último otro inconveniente es el aparcamiento, complicado aparcar."

The apartment comfortably held my husband and me, our teenaged granddaughter, our son, and my brother in law and sister in law. We were able to travel with carry on only, knowing the apartment included a washing machine. If I travel to San Sebastián again, I would definitely want to stay here."

He walked us through all of the elements of the flat. He was always available for questions. The flat was impeccably clean. The location was excellent. Full amenities included in apartment. Since it is in a large multi-story, multi-building complex, based on the address Google Maps got us reasonably close but there was nowhere we could easily stop to identify the specific building , and the underground parking for the flat would be impossible to find (or access) without help, so we were very fortunate that Bea, the owner's...

"A clean and comfortable flat 10 minutes walk from the historic heart of the city, with good bars and restaurants on your doorstep. A few things would have helped it to feel more homely (eg a kettle and a coffee machine) - and when we asked for a second set of keys for our party of four they said no. (They did offer to let us in by phoning them via a remote door-opening system but that's not the same!)"
