"I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap"

"Incredible private retreat! We so enjoyed our time at this amazing property. It was the perfect spot for our family of 12, with beautiful, spacious private suites, gathering spaces, and a fantastic pool! It was a little bit off the beaten path, but transportation was easy to find and there was an abundance of local street food right in front of the house. The owner and the staff were also easy to communicate with and very pleasant people. We feel so lucky to have found it, and hope to return...

"We chose this because we heard Siem Reap (SR) had become a mad house (it has in parts). GVV is a beautiful oasis. There are only four villas, each are two floor, architecturally fun, 2BR/2.5BA. Grounds and pool beautifully landscape. Staff great. But it is too far to walk to SR, which isn’t really a big deal given super cheap tuktuks. "

Location very quiet and easy walking distance to down town, Tuktuks at US$2 fairly easily available on Street 26. but its surface and the side road to hotel off it, are poorly surfaced / unpaved and tricky in wet weather.Kitchenette and bathrooms well equipped but in need of modernization. Same goes for the pool although the gym is good. TV channel coverage excellent but wifi speed only average - computer link only worked in living area though phones worked in...

"Checkin foi rápido e fácil. No dia seguinte fomos à Angkor Wat e só retornamos pro quarto após meio-dia, a limpeza e arrumação não havia sido feita. Tomamos um banho e saímos para almoçar. Retornamos e nada da arrumação do quarto. Quando estávamos descansando, após 15h, vieram limpar o quarto e recusamos. O café da manhã no dia seguinte foi desanimador. Filas enormes para se servir, omelete, capuccino, panquecas, todas as comidas ocidentais com filas enormes, mesmo o hotel sabendo que a grande maioria de hóspedes no período era ocidental. As filas bloqueavam o acesso às bancadas do buffet e nenhum funcionário organizava o caos. Deixamos o hotel com lixo acumulado no quarto, toalhas ensopadas e sem conseguir comer o que queríamos no café da manhã. "

"Quite good hotel, staff is amazing. Room and pool excellent. Not close the center but for my purposes was better. Breakfast is the same everyday… good, but always the same. Music in the restaurant during breakfast is awful. Point of deception: restaurant menu and food. Had lunch once. Not good and expensive. Ate many Burguers there for this reason (excellent Burguers btw)"
