"This property has so much potential. It needs a lot of upkeep and updating. The linens are stained and dingy. The bedspreads are in need of replacing or at the least a good washing. The rugs in the bathrooms are old and dirty and I’m sure are not washed or changed between guests. The people running the bnb are not the most friendly. The outside areas did have nice flowers and a nice patio to sit and relax.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend this bnb. It was a disappointment."

"The hotel is well-located for my needs; however, the cleanliness is poor. Housekeeping service is terrible—the maids are very rude and racist. During my nine-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, and the trash wasn't taken out for eight days; they behaved very badly. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Leonardo, the young man at the front desk, was very pleasant and a hard worker—he gets a 10/10."

"The staff and the free breakfast were great. However, the room was so old, pillows were awful, tv wasn't working properly, and there was no water pressure while trying to shower. The hot tub had only 2/10 jets working, the pool and hot tub were very run down and needed rapair. Whomever was above us kept us awake and woke us up every early. We would not stay here again."

"We loved the ambience and location of the Marv Herzog Hotel. During our stay, the Front Desk Attendant, David was more than helpful as we were traveling with another couple and wanted to add an extra night to our stay. While it was a busy weekend in Frankenmuth David handled our request with a quick and cheerful attitude which made for a perfect weekend for all. We really enjoyed the included breakfast buffet along with the evening social hour that had an array of appetizers and drinks which...
