"When I arrived, I was disgusted by the appearance of the exterior of the property… and actually “afraid” to check in. Paint was peeling off of the exterior and the property was completely unkept!! I did not even check in, but was hoping the owner would refund me ~ for their inaccurate listing! It is actually a rooming house or multi unit rental property of some sort with multiple hydrometers outside. The owners chose not to refund my stay. Shame on them! Truly!! Thankfully EXPEDIA did...

"First, the positives. The beds were great and comfortable, the price was cheap and once you got in to the property, it was safe. Second, the negatives. Located right near to the property was a casino, with the sign missing a couple of letters. Sitting outside was about 4 or 5 homeless people. We were approached by a couple of them, but it was not a problem. Once we got in the room, we noticed the only window in the property was small with a dirty screen that was bent and left a small...

"Check in was fast, easy and contactless. Host was communicative and responsive. Location was excellent for what I needed. However you are right downtown and you can hear everything going on outside on a Friday/Saturday night. Room was sanitary but not clean. Definitely needed a good vacuum, dust and deep clean of the bathroom. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay for a quick budget friendly trip. "

"There was sand or something on the floor. It was very difficult to pay at time of check in since there is no front desk. It is NOT handicap accessible. So be prepared to go up stairs. They bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in "
