"My family and I had the most Amazing week of the summer. Our kids range from age 8-22 and every person had an Awesome time. Something to entertain everyone. Fishing, Swimming, Eating, Sunbathing, and just relaxing. The Wii was a big hit, lol. In the evenings the kids had Wii Sport tournaments which would last for hours. Lost of laughs and Memories Made. Highly Recommend!!!"

"PERFECTION, I seriously don't know what else to say!!! The absolute perfect getaway for our family and friends whom ranged from 3 years old to 67. The House appeared to be brand new, everything is high-end luxurious from the furniture, beds, all the way downstairs to the outside pool and hot-tub. A fenced in area provided complete seclusion for privacy. Everything was very clean and organized. Never a boring moment with tons to do for all ages of people we had. "These units are simple, and comfortable. There were no frills but it was safe and had plenty of stuff to do right on the property. Fishing piers were very near by and the onsite pool and fire pits filled up our downtime. I would recommend this to families and couples as a simple retreat that is close to everything!"

"Property is as listed and met our family's needs. It was a very clean and well stocked home. Shower is amazing! Boys enjoyed fishing out back off the rocks. Communication was excellent. One bedroom tv didnt work, but we were there to enjoy the outside, so didn't impact us. If had to nit pick, the couches, beds, and pillows aren't the most comfortable. "

"We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area."

"We were the first guests to stay at this property and honestly it didn’t seem like it in some ways. There was a thick layer of dust on a lot of things. There were no coffee mugs or cereal bowls, no vegetable peeler, and no can opener (no big deal but should be mentioned- especially if you make coffee in the morning). The towels seemed fresh and new, and mini toiletries were provided which was nice. But when we stripped the bedding per check out instructions, there were quite large and noticeable...
