"There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund."

"The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

"Perfect and convenient location for exploring Weston. Easy communication with host, had no issues with the home. This is an old home. Do not go expecting a new build or renovations. We had no expectations, but upon reading some other reviews they seemed a bit harsh. You are not buying this property, you are staying in it. That said, we had everything we needed plus some. It was a very enjoyable trip with family. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is an old and dated motel. Nothing fancy and not ever going to be more than a 2 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Very nice bed. Plumbing worked well, with good supply of soap/shampoo/etc. And the price was great. Good place for a night if you need or want to stay in Marceline."
