"The hotel is conveniently located 30 minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, 40 minutes away from Traverse City, and only 10 minutes away from Frankfort if you're looking for good restaurants. The room was clean, the king size bed was super comfortable, and the shower is nice and hot. There is also a private beach right behind the hotel. It is a family-run business so don't expect the front desk to be available 24/7 for check-ins and services, but we checked in around 10pm and it was a very quick...

"Musty, urine smelling room. Had to keep shoes on when walking around in the room because of the carpet. The vacuums they provide the cleaners do not get up against walls, so there's white powder along every wall and corner. Bugs in the over head lights and dead knots by the sink. Broke down matresses, and mildew in the tile around the shower.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of grab and go options. I just didnt think based on over $200 a night, that it was going to...
